He holds a Masters in Architecture from A.BU Zaria With a unique skill of managing complex projects, he has overseen the delivery of various Residential, Institutional and Commercial projects in different locations. Umar is result-oriented and consistent in his pursuit to achieving professional excellence.
General Manager Business and Strategy
He has worked in several capacities across the public and private sector, structuring public private partnership for residential and commercial real estate development, providing operations and process management strategies for business ventures.
As the General Manager Business and Strategy, he plays an active role in coordinating activities of the Business and Strategy Division. Mustapha has a BSc in Building Technology from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria

As the driving force behind operational excellence, Usman spearheads the seamless execution of multiple projects, ensuring stringent adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks. His leadership ethos revolves around fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment, mentoring a diverse team of project managers, site supervisors, and operational staff.

A graduate of Quantity Survey from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, He is the chief surveyor at UB Architects Ltd, Zaharaddeen possesses over a 11 years worth of industry experience in various technical, operational and management roles.
With a unique skill of managing complex projects, he has overseen the delivery Residential Commercial and institutional projects in ditrerent locations.
Finance Officer
A graduate of Energy Systems Engineering from Gime American University, North Cyprus. He is the Finance Officer at UB Architects Ltd, He possesses over a 10 years worth of industry experience in various technical, operational and management roles.
Ahmad specializes in infrastructure Transport, Water, Power, Housing), Hospitality, and Healthcare.

Legal Advisor
A graduate of Law from Usman Dan Fodio University Sokoto, He is the Legal advisor at UB Architects Ltd. He possesses over 20 years of experience and specializes in real estate development from the point of execution of Joint Venture agreements: with Joint Development Partners where applicable to overseeing the process of construction, sales of commercial and or housing units and unto the facility management of such estates and overseeing of all legal matters.
Quality Assurance Officer
A graduate of Mechanical Engineering from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria. He is the Quality assurance officer at UB Architects Ltd with over a 10 years worth of industry experience in various technicaloperational and management roles
Mukhtar specializes in infrastructure Transport, Water, Power, Housing), Hospitality, and Healthcare. He holds a Masters in Mechanical Engineering from Bayero University Kano.
